California Love

Whenever I put on my destroyed jeans and blue button-up from Hollister, I feel like a sales associate there. But to me this is totally casual without being sloppy, and I would have normally paired it with my Rainbows sandals, but they're MIA too. What's with me losing things? So it's white Chucks instead. I have a longer back, so a lot of button-downs come up short; I layered a wifebeater to avoid any unnecessary skin.

If you've noticed that the hole in my jeans is a little bigger than normal (and is starting to look like this) it's because whenever I put my foot in these jeans, it gets caught in the once was little hole, and has ripped it completely. Does that ever happen to you? Your toes or foot get snagged in a little hole, making your jeans almost useless?

Decided to go a little bright with my lipgloss, which is something I don't normally do because of my fuller lips. But it's Friday! Why not, right? Since the lips were bright, my eyeshadows were subdued with neutral browns and creams.

So what are everyone's plans for the weekend? Happy Friday!!!

P.S. Tiffany is having a great contest/giveaway of $50 worth of Max Factor stuff. I heart Max Factor because they had Carmen Electra as their spokesperson for awhile. I may or may not have an obsession with Carmen.

  1. Lucky to have a long back than a short one! My higher hips (don't lie) makes me look fat in button down shirts.

Whoaa! I wonder where's my JL full-sized poster?

  4. I love this, totally weekend ready. Except it's over 100 degrees in Vegas and jeans, no matter how large the holes, are getting to be might uncomfortable. Luckily, Chucks go everywhere, hot or cold. You're beautiful, beautiful. Happy weekend.

  9. Hi, Steph! I replied on my blog, but I want to make sure you see it and know how much your words meant to me.

Steph, your comment made me tear up! What lovely, lovely compliments, and I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to read my blog and say such wonderful things about me! This situation was a sure shocker, but I have really found my soul mate. We have been together for 6 years, and I am more in love and attracted to him than I was at the start. He still give me butterflies! It is so worth it. He adores me, and I feel the same. I think it is meant to be!!!
